With New Vision… hope lives here.

Hope House is a shelter for homeless teenagers in need of support systems and housing.

This is a faith-based program of New Vision Church that supports youth affected by homelessness, neglect, abandonment, and/or abuse, through service to their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

We are operate entirely through the investment of resources, time, expertise, and finances of those who share our concern for the unfathomable circumstances that leave young people without a home in “America’s Finest City.”

Homeless youth (12-24) remain the largest subset of San Diego’s homeless population.

An estimated 500 children, ages 12 to 17 years old on the street in the city of San Diego. and 1,000 more aged 18-24.

San Diego Community College District, San Diego’s largest educator has data that 18% of its 100,000 students experience homelessness.

Within 72 hours of being on the street, an unaccompanied minor will be approached by someone whose intent is to victimize or traffic them for sex.

Home-cooked, ordered and delivered from a local restaurant, or arranged to be prepared at Hope House in our own kitchen… one of the best ways to support the youth at Hope House is to provide a meal.

…those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
